Welcome to Scrub Art Cleaning . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile and web application, and related services, operated by Scrub Art Cleaning Inc.
By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. User Types
- Admin: Manages app operations, assigns jobs, handles payments.
- Clients: Book cleaning services and make payments.
- Subcontractors (Cleaners): Provide services to clients under independent contracts.
2. Account Registration
All users must provide accurate information during sign-up and update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login information.
3. Service Bookings
Clients can request cleaning services through the app. The admin matches clients with available subcontractors. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
4. Payments
- Clients pay through the app using secure payment gateways.
- Subcontractors are paid a fixed percentage (e.g., 65%) of the job value.
- Admin may deduct platform and processing fees before issuing payouts.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients can cancel a job up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
- Subcontractors who cancel repeatedly may face penalties or account suspension.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
Subcontractors are not employees of Scrub Art. They are independent contractors responsible for their taxes, insurance, and licenses.
7. Conduct
All users agree to:
- Treat others with respect.
- Not misuse the platform or engage in fraud or abuse.
- Follow local health, safety, and cleaning standards.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from service use. Clients and subcontractors accept services and assignments at their own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for legal reasons, without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the State of New Jersey, USA, depending on the user’s location.
